Lingoloom

Terms of Service

Effective 22 October 2026

These terms cover the Lingoloom Mac app and the service at api.lingoloom.app, run by an independent developer (“we”). By using Lingoloom you agree to them. Contact: b-petr-ip@yandex.com.

Early access, free of charge

Lingoloom is in early access and costs nothing. Features may change or stop, and the service may be unavailable at times. If Lingoloom ever becomes paid, we will say so in advance; nothing you have used for free will be charged afterwards.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your Mac and accounts secure: anyone who can use your signed-in Mac uses your allowance. One account is for one person.

Daily allowance and fair use

Each account has a daily allowance of dictation, screen captures and translated text, and the service as a whole has a daily limit shared by everyone. When a limit is reached, requests are refused until the next day. Do not try to get around the limits, use the service through automated tools, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful or to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

What you translate, capture or dictate remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to process it and return the result; how that works is in the privacy policy. Translations and transcripts are made by machine and can be wrong — check anything important before relying on it.

No warranty, limited liability

Lingoloom is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from its use.

Ending

You can stop using Lingoloom at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service or an account, with notice in the app where we can give it.

Changes

New versions of these terms appear on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Lingoloom after a change means you accept it.
